Daring to Dream

Dream Trilogy #1

I take a great deal of pleasure from books that speak to me on a personal level, and for whatever reason Nora Roberts has the ability to hit the mark with her detailed characters.

The book is about a trio of “sisters” who, although incredibly different by blood, personality, and core character traits – love and support one another through all sorts of trials and tribulations. I immediately fell in love with the group, and notably this particular character’s story; Margo is a beautiful firecracker who’s found herself in a bit of a situation. This is where the story really pulled me in, it spoke to me on a personal level and her ambition, power, and strength were inspiring.

Although some Nora Roberts books can be a bit repetitive, this one exemplifies, for me at least, why Nora Roberts is my favourite contemporary romance novelist. A heart-swelling page-turner, to be sure.
